Baby carriers can come in all shapes and sizes but as with all products can be recalled for safety purposes!
Baby carriers by Infantino have recently been recalled due to structural issues that pose a falling hazard.
We are talking around 14,000 carries that have the potential to break causing the infant to fall out. This recall is from the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. You can find it here.
The recall involves soft infant and toddler carriers by Infantino.

- Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic Carrier (Lot Code: 2018 0719)
- Flip Front2back Carrier (Lot Code: 2018 0719)
- Up Close Newborn Carrier (Lot Code: 2018 0719)
Consumers with the following products (listed above) should immediately stop using the recalled infant carriers and contact Infantino for instructions on how to receive a replacement.
These products have been sold at Target and Amazon between November 15th to December 20th of 2019.
No injuries have been reported so far.
Look for the code sewn into the inside of the carrier, and if it matches the one listed above contact Infantino at 1-800-840-4916 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your carrier looks like one of these but the code doesn’t match, then it was not affected by this recall.
